***FAQ***

1. The microphone does not record correctly after being connected to the phone?

- Check if the microphone and receiver indicator lights are steadily lit.

- Check if the device battery is sufficiently charged. If low, charge it immediately.

- For some Xiaomi and Huawei models, it is recommended to update the phone system (Settings - My device - Version, check for updates).

- For VIVO, OPPO, Realme, OnePlus, iQOO, and other models: OTG must be enabled and an external recording device selected.

Enabling OTG: Step 1: Settings - Other settings - OTG; or search directly for "OTG" in the settings search box and turn it on.

Switching recording device: Step 2: Settings - Sound and vibration - More sound settings - Default recording device, select "External Device".

2. The built-in phone camera app does not use the microphone to record?

Some phone systems have permission restrictions that may prevent external microphones from capturing sound. This is not a product defect. Contact your phone manufacturer for technical support. This product is compatible with most third-party audio and video software; you can test it with other apps.

3. Background noise during recording?

1. Confirm that noise cancellation is activated (the second indicator light is lit when noise cancellation is on). Briefly press the multi-function button to activate/deactivate noise cancellation.

4. Recording volume too low?

Bring the microphone closer to your voice; briefly press the volume button on the receiver to increase the recording volume. For VIVO/OPPO/Realme/OnePlus/iQOO models, refer to FAQ 1 to enable OTG and switch to an external recording device.

5. How to handle wind noise?

If your version comes with a wind muff, install it near the microphone pickup area.

6. Does the phone battery drain quickly during live streaming?

Connect the data cable to the receiver's charging port to charge the phone while recording.

7. What to do about reverb?

Confirm if the reverb function is activated (the third indicator light will be lit). Double-click the multi-function button to deactivate reverb.

8. Echo during live streaming?

Be sure to turn off your phone speaker when watching the live stream; playing live audio in the same environment will create an echo.
